Learn how to camouflage vegetables in your favorite foods using 4 extremely nutrient-dense puree’s….puree’s essentially being adult baby food for all you adult babies who can't eat a stinking piece of broccoli ;)

Recipes can certainly be made more nutritious by making them from scratch, rather than using boxed goods, however, I am assuming if you can’t choke down a vegetable, you likely aren’t cooking from scratch.

Puree's :
• White Puree - 2 cups cauliflower, 1 small zucchini, 1 cup white beans, 1 tsp lemon juice
• Orange puree – 1 sweet potatoes, 3 carrots
• Green puree – 1 cup peas, 2 cups broccoli, 2 cups spinach
• Purple puree – 1.5 cups blueberries, 3 cups spinach
ADD ¼ cup portions to recipes that are similar in color and texture; which will hide the healthy vegetable ingredients in foods.

Checkout "The Sneaky Chef" recipe book by Missy Chase Lapine for more info on these puree's and recipes.
