Tricep Workout | Recycled Plastic Bottle Leggings | Vegan Fitness

Feeling FLY in my recycled plastic bottle/fishing net leggings!


Exercise 1: Tricep Dips - 3 sets, AMRAP
Exercise 2: Straight Bar Tricep Pull Down - 3 sets, 12 repetitions
Exercise 3: Single Arm Cable Pull Down - 3 sets, 12 repetitions
Exercise 4: Bent Over Cable Tricep Kick Back - 3 sets, 8-12 repetitions
Exercise 5: Overhead Cable Tricep Extension - 3 sets, 8-12 repetitions
Plyo Workout - 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest. Complete 8 rounds (consecutive or complete each exercise before moving on to the next).
